Jog while singing a song.  Don’t go faster than you can sing. ( this means no huffing and puffing ) or Find a quite place to breath deeply for 3 minutes

Go for hike and listen for 12 different sounds, smells and different textures. List draw or take a picture of these items.. Find a quite place to breath deeply for 3 minutes
