Jog for 10 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, repeat 3 times  or   Find 10 Core Yoga Poses. Hold each for 35 seconds and repeat 4 times.

Download another two week fitness journal , instead of Tabata do Yoga in its place. or Walk for 45 minutes.

Notice that there is a new fitness journal due this month.  Use the download from October and substitute the Tabata activity for Yoga instead.
