Go for hike and listen for 12 different salaries, smells and different textures. List draw or take a picture of these items.

Walk for 35 minutes at a medium speed or Create a way to go from one animal yoga pose to another smoothly.  Hold each for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Ride a bike for 25 minutes, or Listen to a piece of music and move  in silly ways from the beginning to the end. Do this for 4 songs
